Good on the phone? Get paid for every deal you start.
We're building a small crew of appointment setters. Work remotely, set your own hours inside calling windows, and earn commission on the deals your appointments turn into.
The role
You call. We handle everything around it.
Scripts and lists provided. You focus on the conversation, not on finding someone to have it with.
Training from someone who's done it. Learn from a former field sales team leader, not a slide deck.
Remote. All you need is a phone, a laptop and thick skin.
Commission only. Uncapped. Your results set your income.
Your own hours. Inside the windows when your market actually answers.
No experience required. Resilience matters more than a sales CV. We'll teach the rest.
A day on the phone
What the work actually looks like.
Pick your window
Tradies answer early and late. Clinics answer midday. You choose blocks inside the windows that work for your list.
Work the list
Dial, open, handle the brush-off, qualify, book. The list and the script are ready when you sit down.
Book it in
Slot it into the client's calendar, write the notes, send the confirmation. Takes two minutes.
Log and move
Objections get logged — they're worth money to the client even when the answer is no.
The honest bit
This suits some people and not others.
We'd rather you opt out now than three weeks in. Read both columns before you apply.
It's a fit if
It's not if
To be plain about it: commission only means there is no base. Some weeks pay nothing. The people who do well here treat it like running their own small business, not like a job with a safety net.
Sales training
Paid training, from someone who’s actually done it.
Separate from the setter role. If you want to get good on the phone — whether or not you ever work with us — Slaney runs paid sales training built on field sales and door-knocking, not on a course someone bought off the internet.
The opener. The first ten seconds decide the call. Most of the work is here.
Handling the brush-off. “Not interested” is a reflex, not an answer. What to do with it.
Qualifying without interrogating. Finding out whether it’s real before you spend an hour on it.
Booking it properly. Getting a time that actually holds, instead of a soft maybe.
Live calls, not slides. You’ll be on the phone during training, not watching someone else be.
Beginners welcome. No sales background needed. Equally useful if you’ve sold before and want sharpening.
Applying
Three steps, about a week.
Send a note
Use the contact form and tell us why you think you'd be good on the phone. A paragraph is plenty.
Talk for 15 minutes
A call with Harry. It's a conversation, not an interview panel — and it doubles as a test of how you sound on a phone.
Trial block
A short run on a real list with support on hand, so you both find out whether it's for you.
Start earning
Commission on every deal that closes from an appointment you set.

Still reading? That's usually a good sign.
Tell us a bit about yourself. No CV needed — we care more about how you handle a no than where you've worked.
